Good wine is right at home at the Hotel Steinrösl in San Cassiano. The owner Giorgio and his son Fabio cultivate this passion and are always available to suggest a special bottle to accompany your meal or evening. In the warmth of this environment we keep a careful selection of the best bottles of Trentino Alto Adige, the great national labels, biodynamic wines and some gems from other countries.
Wines from our cellars complete the flavours of our cuisine.
Classic wines but also many natural and biodynamic wines without chemicals. An assortment of grappas and distillates, an unusual gin and some fine craft beer are also available.
